
Conductors: Silver-plated copper with 40 microinches minimum coating thickness per ASTM B-298. Construction with nickel-plated copper, silver-plated or nickel-plated high-strength, high-conductivity copper alloy can be supplied upon special request.
Insulation: Extruded PTFE, nominal wall thickness .006 (0.15mm). Bondable treated sodium-etched coatings are available on request.
Color Coding: Insulation color coding to MIL-STD-104 is available in solid color and stripes.

Temperature Range: -55C to +200C with silver-plated conductors and -55C to +260C with nickel-plated conductors.

A miniature diameter wire insulated with extruded PTFE that makes possible major savings in both weight and space, especially compared with PVC. Suitable for high-frequency use at elevated temperatures in high-reliability programs. It provides excellent solder-iron resistance.

Passes VW-1 Vertical Flame Test. OSHA Acceptable. MIL-W-16878/6 (previously Type 'ET').
