Conductors: Fully annealed stranded or solid tinned copper per ASTM B-33.

Insulation: Color coded polycholoroalkene (PCA). PCA is a unique irradiated cross-linked PVC offering numerous high-performance characteristics.

Temperature Range: -55C to +105C (MIL-W-16878/3 Type D) 105C (UL AWM Style 1431). *This excellent insulation offers a range of -55C to 105C.

Voltage Rating: 3,000 Volts per MIL-W-16878/3 Type D. 600 Volts per UL and CSA.

The resistance to heat prevents distortion of the insulation when the wire is subjected to temporary overloads and high temperatures. *Cross-linking the PVC by irradiation also increases the abrasion resistance and makes it superior to regular vinyl insulations.

UL: Style 1431

Recognized under the components program of Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc. Authorized by Canadian Standards Association to represent as CSA Certified. Passes VW-1 Vertical Flame Test. MIL-W-16878/3 Type D.
