Specialty Coaxial Cable
FLEXEFORM TM .099 HAND FORMABLE SEMI-RIGID REPLACEMENT COAXIAL CABLE
The full range of Dearborn/CDT FlexeForm(TM) coaxial cables meet the electrical and dimensional requirements of standard semi-rigid coaxial cables and can be used without extensive process equipment. FlexeForm(TM) coaxial cables can be 'formed by hand' (or with the preferred use of a mandrel) resulting in decreased processing times and reduced scrap through their ability to be re-formed in the event of a processing error. Most constructions are also available with an overall jacket to provide protection against the elements where necessary. We can also manufacture custom constructions with impedances from 10 to 100 ohms in various sizes.

Features and Applications
bulletFlexeForm(TM) .099 semi-rigid replacement coaxial cable is a commercial construction engineered to fill the size and electrical performance gap between FlexeForm(TM) .086 and FlexeForm(TM) .141. This construction utilizes a low loss air-spaced taped PTFE dielectric. This cable is ideal for specialized high frequency 50 ohm applications where its better attenuation justifies the use of a slightly larger construction. *FlexeForm(TM) .099 is appropriate for use as a delay line due to its solid overall electrical performance. Due to its low loss characteristics, this construction provides the optimum compromise between size and performance.
