The full range of Dearborn/CDT FlexeForm(TM) coaxial cables meet the electrical and dimensional requirements of standard semi-rigid coaxial cables and can be used without extensive process equipment. FlexeForm(TM) coaxial cables can be 'formed by hand' (or with the preferred use of a mandrel) resulting in decreased processing times and reduced scrap through their ability to be re-formed in the event of a processing error. Most constructions are also available with an overall jacket to provide protection against the elements where necessary. We can also manufacture custom constructions with impedances from 10 to 100 ohms in various sizes.

bulletFlexeForm(TM) .086/50 semi-rigid replacement coaxial cable is able to approach the electrical preformance of standard semi-rigid construction throughout a broad range of frequencies with the additional benefit of increased flexibility. This cable is appropriate for a full range of 50 ohm microwave applications in the interconnection of components and sub-systems. FlexeForm(TM) .085/50 can be utilized in conjuction with standard RG-405 compatible connectors. *FlexeForm(TM) .086/50 is appropriate for use in delay lines, internal wiring of microwave of RT test equipment and a variety of other electronic equipment. With its relative ease of installation and ability to take any possible shape to meet custom design specifications, FlexeForm(TM) .086/50 is an ideal choice for a full range of customer requirements.
