The full range of Dearborn/CDT FlexeForm coaxial cables meet the electrical and dimensional requirements of standard semi-rigid coaxial cables and can be used without extensive process equipment. FlexeForm coaxial cables can be 'formed by hand' (or with the preferred use of a mandrel) resulting in decreased processing times and reduced scrap through their ability to be re-formed in the event of a processing error. Most constructions are also available with an overall jacket to provide protection against the elements where necessary. We can also manufacture custom constructions with impedances from 10 to 100 ohms in various sizes. *FlexeForm .250 semi-rigid replacement coaxial cable is a remarkably flexible construction in a large diameter coax. This construction is a viable alternative to the popular semi-flexible constructions. FlexeForm .250 can be utilized in conjunction with standard RG-401 compatible connectors. *FlexeForm .250 is appropriate for use in enclosed antenna lead applications, mobile base stations and as a low loss alternative to popular flexible cables utilizing corrugated or spiral wrapped shielding. With its loss insertion loss characteristics, exceptional return loss and good flexibility, FlexeForm .250 can be manipulated into various retained shapes without degrading its electrical performance.
